We called Emil for a job on the front of the house and he was very professional and kind, not to mention the work he did! We will definitely call him in the future! thank you very much Emil.
Emil & his brother Julian are superb workmen- trustworthy, punctual, hard working, excellent renderers who pay meticulous attention to detail. They are also very nice people. I would recommend them to anyone wanting a first class rendering job done. They transformed my house.
This was easily the best interaction we have every had with a trades person we didn’t know before hiring. Emil was on time advise us of the work to be carried out and did that work in the time frame explained. The rendered wall looks great and we are very satisfied with his work and have already asked him for further quotes.
Emil's work was excellent they were hardworking, polite friendly everything was explained before the job and carried out as promised after many quotes Emil's was the most competitive. I had seen Emil 's work on a neighbours house they was also very pleased I would 100% recommend.
The work carried out was fantastic and my house was transformed front and back with the render that was applied. Emil was helpful from start to finish and was always available for any questions or inquiries I had. Highly recommended
Fantastic team, wonderful work, I would highly recommend this company to everyone. No pressure on anything, very clean, amazing quality, great advice, constant updates, punctual. Very professional, kind and hardworking. Not a single thing to complain about! A joy to have used them. Many thanks.
Absolutely brilliant service from EDC Render. They kept me in the loop the whole way through and really went the extra mile to get everything spot on. Friendly, professional, and the finish looks amazing! Highly recommend!
We appointed EDC to re-render the upper storey of our semi-detached house. On first contact, Emil was quick to respond and discussed our needs in full before providing us with a quote. During the work, his team were punctual, tidy, and finished the job to a high standard with particular care and attention to detail. Whilst on site they were able to also fit in some internal plastering that we needed doing as well. I would highly recommend.
Can not recommend these guys highly enough. Great value for the quality of the work. So many compliments.
Emil and his team did an excellent job throughout and the results speak for themselves - the whole process was very well-managed and they never stopped once on the job - even staying until nearly 6pm on the final day leaving everything clean and tidy. Really pleased with the finished result and would recommend to anyone. Thanks Emil!
Great workers, quality work , couldn’t have done more to make sure we were satisfied.
An excellent experience throughout. Good advice on colours available and a clear explanation of what would be done and when. The workers arrived when promised. My house was protected from dust and dirt. The work finished on time and my property was left very clean and tidy. I recommend this business.
Quality service, tidied up before leaving, even did a couple of extra bits free of charge and was much cheaper than other quotes I had. Genuinely can’t fault anything, would recommend to anyone!
An excellent job of work carried out on time and to estimate. Thoroughly professional and kept us informed at each stage of the work
Emil and his colleagues are friendly meticulous, competent and very hard working. There were problems with the weather and instead of just trying to rush things they made sure to wait until conditions improved regarding temperature. They also battled a storm immediately after completion, which required their swift return to repair and clean up the aftermath. Nothing was too much trouble and they insist on no payments until the job is completed and customer happy. They will be returning later this year to undertake further work. Couldn't be happier with the result. THANK YOU
Our render was falling apart and EDC renders gave it a new life. They did an amazing job, no time wasting, quality materials used and great communication. They were communicating at every stage which was quite helpful given that we knew nothing about how the render was going to be carried out. EDC renders are a team of hard workers who aim at producing high quality render and are committed to keeping the customer happy. I was impressed by the level of their commitment to the job traveling all the way from Sheffield to Altrincham starting their work on time. The final outcome of all that is a beautiful render my family is proud of. Kudos to you EDC!!
Very happy with Emil and his teams work. Very informative. A great person and went above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted. Would definitely recommend.
Emil and his team were brilliant from start to finish. They began by giving us a detailed quote, provided samples, told us where we could go and look at their completed work... Emil then kept in touch until he was ready to start work. They completed work neatly and to an extremely high standard. A lovely team- so friendly and professional. Highly recommend.
Our job involved renewing the render on the rear aspect of the house and repainting render on a side wall. Result was excellent. Price competitive. Highly recommend. Professional service from beginning to end - with good, sound advice and information.
From quote to completion I can not fault Emil and his brother who re rendered the back of my terraced house. Polite, friendly and hard working from the beginning to end.My windows, doors and yard were covered to protect from any mess, and this was all cleared when completed. Emil kept me updated on progress, so I knew what was happening and when. I am extremely happy with the finished result, and would not hesitate to recommend this company, thanks again Emil
Emil was keen to explain in detail the work being carried out each day, and also talked us through any unforeseen issues and was quick to suggest solutions. The team worked hard throughout adverse weather conditions, including snow, two named storms, and sub zero temperatures. Since completion we have received many favourable comments from our neighbours who have been keeping a keen eye on the progress of these works. As for us, we are delighted with the result.
Excellent work from start to finish. Very friendly and polite. Worked hard and cleaned up every day. A really professional job.
Emil was very efficient and courteous in responding to my query and arranging to survey and complete the repair work. While the repair was completed only 4 days ago, I feel the standard was very good. Thanks again.
Emil did an excellent job. The work was of the highest quality and he discussed our needs thoroughly at every stage. His suggestions regarding colour choices were the icing on the cake. He even, somehow managed to get the job done despite a week of awful weather. I cannot recommend him highly enough!
Emil and his colleague renewed the render on our cottage in rural Derbyshire to a very high quality and we have been extremely pleased with the work. We had spent many months trying to find a contractor for this work without success, so it was very pleasant when Emil arrived on time to view the work and give us a competitive quote. In all our dealing with EDC personnel we found them to be polite and pleasant and willing to spend time discussing the work. The rendering work was completed on time, within the quoted budget and to a very high standard. We were particularly impressed with Emil's willingness to provide video of the completed work together with good pictures. The site has been left clean and tidy, not a simple task given the rather restricted access. We would highly recommend EDC Rendering to others looking for a contractor for high-quality and professional rendering.
